I am a writer, visual artist and all-around creative soul. In a past life I designed Afro-Caribbean inspired clothing, with a repertoire of hand-dyed, hand-printed and hand-painted fabrics. My current creative pursuits manifest in my personal journals where I plays with watercolour and acrylic paints, stenciling, collage and whatever else I can get my hands on.
I use art journaling as a meditative practice and a catalyst for creativity. I facilitate private and public workshops to share my practice with others.
